Please allow 5-7 business days in the fall and 7-9 business days in the summer to process your order prior to submitting an order inquiry to care@jentl.com. Overnight orders process the second business day, and will ship overnight.

pre-order processing time

For products that are in a pre order status, please allow 10-15 business days as your products will be produced once the pre-order window has closed for the specified date range.

DOMESTIC

Temperature control shipping methods only apply between the months of April through September. Each order is packed with a cooling agent to maintain texture + product integrity. The cooling agents used for our packaging can be reused for a lifetime (please please do, they’re so handy). Just place the cloth gel packs in the freezer to solidify and remove when ready to be put to use.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time we offer international shipping to the following destinations: Canada (all 13 provinces), Belgium, Puerto Rico, Ireland, Mexico, Spain, U.S. Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands. If you would like to ship your items to a country that is not accounted for in the list above, please email us at contact@jentl.com.
 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT MELTS?

It is highly recommended to keep your butter at room temperature or below so that it does not reach it’s melting point.

If your butter has in fact melted, shake your jar and place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Stir the contents and let it sit. Voila! Although it will have lost its whipped texture, it still wears the same upon application. It will absolutely leave your skin dosed in a layer of silk.
 

TIPS FOR CARE AFTER DELIVERY

So you've gotten your products safe and sound, eh? Below are a couple of notes to assist you in caring for your products after you have received them:

  1. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PRODUCT IN THE CAR! 
    Cars and body butter are arch enemies in the thick of summer and the excessive heat can quickly melt your products.

  2. KEEP PRODUCT AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. (EXAMPLES INCLUDE WINDOW SILLS, CARS, PORCHES, ETC.)
    This can also change the texture and stability of your product, and even melt it in some cases. Some of the oils used are very delicate and sensitive to the UV rays from the sun. It's best to keep products in cool places out of direct sunlight. 

  3. DO NOT LEAVE PRODUCT ALONE WITH FAMILY + FRIENDS!

rETURN + REFUND POLICY
